'I Don't Always Cook'
Despite what my neighbors think I don't live in the kitchen, there are times when I won't light the stove. So, since I live close by and on Wednesdays you can get in and take out pretty fast. With the price and the artichokes - It works for me.

'There when I needed HELP'
My first impressions are good! I found the loft I love and the agents service was professional. Makras Real Estate was there when I arrived late to pick up my keys. It was Saturday and the office was closed. I had already moved out of my former address and had nowhere to go. Makras (Victor) had one of his office staff come down and open the office to get me the set of keys. Thank you!
