Rick Stephens took care of my plumbing issue in a quick and neat manner. He did not try to charge me for things I did not need and was considerate and quick. He was great in an emergency situation

Go in and say hello to Mike the owner. He is very kind and knows what he is talking about. There is a lot of stuff in the shop that is not antiques but if you look around closely he has some real treasures there. The owner knows a lot about the area so ask him questions to find other places to look for specialty pieces if he doesn't have what you need.

Pennsville, NJ Health Clubs & Gyms 01/21/08: 'Not great but has what you need to get the job done'

Delaware Fitness is very close to my home so that is why I stay at this gym. The staff is somewhat helpful but I employed my own trainer when I wanted to learn how to use equipment. The equipment is mostly old and could use some repair but there are plenty of machines and mostly all the equipment you would ever need. It could use some cleaning up and better staff but the people are friendly and I'm just there to workout so it is good enough.

Cherry Hill Animal Hospital PA

My family and I have been using Cherry Hill Animal Hospital for many years. I can only speak for the vets that I've used which are Dr. Wilcox and Dr. Howe-Smith. These two vets are extremely knowledgable and kind. They have taken great care of my animals and have always been upfront and honest with treatment options. I wouldn't go to any other vet in the area.

Cherry Hill, NJ Veterinarians 01/21/08: 'Dr. Howe-Smith is a Top Doc'

Caring & Competent Canine Rehab: PetPT is an orthopaedic rehabilitation facility for canines. Dr. Howe-Smith examines your dog, and maps out a game plan with realistic targets. He is very kind and patient (with dogs AND humans) and throroughly addresses any questions and concerns you may have.
Dr. Howe-Smith and his staff are not only kind and caring but they truly work at understanding your pet and his needs. He has totally taken my dog from having to be put to sleep for knee issues to puttling her back together so we can walk in the park. I have my best friend back.

Hair'Em Styling Salon

Penns Grove, NJ Beauty Salons 01/14/08: 'Go See Nancy'

Everyone at Hairen Salon is attentive and friendly. It has great atmosphere and some really talented stylists. Nancy is the owner and the best. She is affordable and always listens to what I want. I have been going to her for 2 years and would travel for an hour or more to go to her if I had to. You never wait long and products are top notch. Check her out!

This is a fun place to check out. Lots of interesting people hang out here and always something going on. There are lots of neat little places to go on Union Street and this is certainly one to check out and say you've been to.

Penns Grove, NJ Caterers - Penns Grove, NJ Italian Restaurants 01/14/08: 'Huge Portions'

di Paolos is one of the best places to eat in Salem County. The prices are very high but the portions are huge so you do get your money's worth. I would prefer smaller portions and lower price but that is not how they do it there. When I go I split the meal with my date. They have friendly service and a nice menu. Worth going to at least once.

So many little stores are being taken over by the big box stores. Don't let that happen to this one. Cashiers are nice and try to find what you are looking for. They have great deals and tasty treats. Please support the little guy!

Philadelphia, PA Mexican Restaurants 01/10/08: 'Great Margaritas and Unique Mexican Food'

This is a great place for lunch. Menu choices are interesting and there are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Margaritas are top notch. Service can be slow so allow enough time. There are some good specials so it won't hit you too hard in the pocket book. I go there every time I'm in that part of town.
