I called to make an appointment. I informed the lady who my insurance was and that it was a PPO. She argued with me. I talked to a supervisor who said they would verify that day. I showed up and the person told me my appointment was an hour earlier which it was not. 2 people gave me the time and I know what it was. She told me I would have to sit around and wait. She then said I needed my prescription for my scan. I gave them the number when I made the appointment. I just requested back my drivers license and insurance card.

Community Diagnostic was right across the road. They were nice, took my information and got me in with little to no wait. I would recommend going there instead of the Tower.
