Every time I come here they are absolutely wonderful! Never rude, snotty, nor do they mess up my appointments. As long as I live in this area I will come here. The place smells lovely and calming. Ashley is awesome! She calls to see how I am once in awhile and to give me their specials. This is true customer service!!!!

I made an appointment for today about a week ago. The woman there told me what times were available, I chose the first time which was 9:00am. I showed up at 8:45 and waited until after 9:00am. The store was still not open. I came home and checked there website. It states they open at 10:00am. Being a bit annoyed I decided to call. The woman who answered was the woman who set up the appointment that day. I told here I obviously wouldn't make it to my 9:00am appointment. She cut me off and replied "Ten". I said whoever was there gave me a 9:00am. She said "I don't know who set you up with that, we have been open for a year and we open at ten." Come to find out she was the one who set it up. She cut me off again asking me if I want to re-schedule! Are you kidding me!
That place looks beautiful and I am sure they provide a great massage. However, I can do without the attitude and sarcasm. I know very well it was at nine this morning. That day, I put the appointment in my phone planner as she was typing my information into the computer. If I am good at one thing it is showing up to everything on time! I will just stick with the spa I normally go to. Relax Spa in Burbank. They are NEVER rude, always helpful!
Don't like the snotty attitudes of people who think they are better than you! If you make an appointment here at rA, make sure you know they open at 10am!

Nice flowers, pretty pricey... however the women there are snobby and stuck up. Judge people who walk in. Whisper rude comments about customers to each other. Not buying anything from that location again.

I used to work here a couple years ago until I moved to SoCal. As for the Store Manager Mike, Although he was never my boss,I have heard many complaints. It is sad to know customers are bypassed with a purchase/return. I am sure the workers are frustrated to deal with so much stupidity in the 8 hours they spend with people who haven't a clue in their little heads. This store used to be full of other associates who knew what they were doing, until now. With the exception of Gary, I am very surprised he is still there... He is awesome! And helpful unless the customer has an attitude prior to even entering this place. I don't blame anyone working there if customers are idiots. Some people's levels of tolerance can vary BUT so can stupidity. It is one thing about retail and why many places can give bad customer service, it is sometimes how the consumer perceives the service given. Some uppety people think everything should be handed to them as well as getting it FREE! Doesn't work that way, in many cases this is why bad reviews are given. I bet anything that Mike and Gary were the only two associates there. Also, that store has two departments to run. One of which is busier than the other. If you don't have time to stop in and ask your stupid questions and don't know what you need, expect to be there longer than someone who knows what they are doing. Regardless if your a shopper for 35 years in the Bay or not. Those years do not count to be considered a Professional in any way shape or form. As this reply comes from a 24 year old FEMALE who knows very well there is still plenty to learn in life, especially in dealing with the misinformed groups who seem to dwell just about everywhere you turn. To everyone reading this, remember it as you stand in line at every type of store you shop.
