When you walk into this place you can tell its definitely a fish market. The fish smell is a bit overwhelming, but hey, if you need some fish at reasonable prices this is the place to go. It is also one of the few asian markets I've been able to find in and around san diego. It isn't the cleanest, but it does carry those asian items I seek to buy from time to time.
Now I know whenever I come here I typically see an older crowd for customers. But don't let that discourage you. They do have some pretty good food here at prices you can't complain. Their burgers are pretty good and they have some entrees that do satisfy my tastebuds. If you're looking for a somewhat quiet, clean place to have lunch that won't burn a hole in your wallet I recommend trying this place.
L&L has some great hawaiian bbq. I like their chicken katsu and their macaroni salad is awesome. They even have an atkins plate which is all meat with some vegetables and an egg on top. What's great about this place is that you can order platters for parties.
Though this place is titled Buoys & Gulls Menswear, there are items sold here for women too. This is one of the shops that I actually bought something from on the island. They have some cute hats, which I bought one for myself by the way. And I did notice they had a small case selection of jewelry. The staff is friendly and the store provided more than just your typical trinicks and souvenirs.
Arriving upon Catalina Island this was the place my husband and I decided to have a nice breakfast. Just like any old breakfast joint you have a wide selection of your typical breakfast entrees. The food is good, but the eating area is quite small. But it has its own charm. The service wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't terrible. This was the first place for food we came to after departing the ferry. My advice is to walk around a bit first then make your decision on where to eat. This place isn't bad to have breakfast, you just might have to wait to get a seat.
This store is awesome. It is the perfect place to help you make your home organized. From organizing your kitchen, closets, office, etc. You name it. The staff is very friendly and very open to help give you ideas of how to organize anything your heart desires. If you seek order in your home/office, you gotta make a visit this store.
Cafe Sevilla Restaurant has some excellent tapas. I love occasionally coming here with friends to enjoy some great food. The price is reasonable. But if you're extremely hungry you probably won't satisfy your hunger with a single tapa dish. Its great to mix it up and share!
This hotel is definitely a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It sits conveniently on the strip and has a very interesting interior. It makes you feel like you're in a mini paris. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the service is great. The decor is fun and the price is little more reasonable than some of the more elegant hotels. Definitely a great hotel to stay while in vegas.
I highly recommend Integrated Medical Center for your primary chiropractic care. The staff is super friendly and show a true interest in your well-being and life in general. What I like about this chiropractic center is that they first spend a few minutes loosening up your back muscles (pressure point treatment) before you get adjusted. If needed they also provide other forms of treatment like physical therapy stretching and many more. The chiropractors are awesome and I walk out of there feeling good every time.
If your neck, back, even your hands/wrists bother you I recommend checking them out. They will be more than happy to help you.
I like this salon and day spa. Its kinda like a one-stop shop for pampering. You can get your hair done, you can decide to get a spa service. Its fantastic! And its nicely located in La Jolla. I have only been here once, but I had a very relaxing time. I enjoyed the massage and facial. I definitely recommend this place!
