These town funerals were close together and in fact from people in the same immediate family. The family raved about how well things had been handled for them and things were run nicely while guests were present but after the last funeral I stayed behind and ended up having to lug a gazzilliion flower arrangements out to my friend's car with she and her husband. No one from the funeral home even offered to help us. I thought that was odd.
...my niece bought a really sweet used Toyota here and the people were terrific. My brother in law was also very happy with the price and warranty offered. My only criticism was that when we went to pick it up together after being called and told that it was ready, the wait was over two hours long from the time we arrived! Call later next time fellas. The car is still a great car three years later though.
That's it in a nutshell, really. My husband had a minor accident a few years back and since it was business related his company picked the auto repair shop. Ok, it was right in town so no big deal. We had the car fixed and the job was absolutely perfect--done in just a few days, but when we saw the price tag we were really gratetful to pass it on to the boss.
My daughter was supposed to be at Turner's Falls High School ( 1 hour away at least from home) for a playoff softball game in 20 minutes and we were already to Greenfield when she realized that she had left her cleats at home! I thought we were sunk. I couldn't believe that when we pulled through town there was Clark's-an honest to goodness sporting goods store. Not only did they have exactly what we needed but they were on sale for a really good price! I expected that the small store with such personable service would have cost way more than the bigger "discount" stores but not here. Great experience.
I would like to give Rick's Auto Body kudos for standing up to the huge insurance companies publicly and making consumers in the Springfield area aware through advertising that they DON'T have to use the auto body recommended by (and in the pocket of) their insurance company. It took a lot of guts for him to do it and it could have been a real business gamble. I'm really glad it caused his business to boom.
There aren't too many places left in the world where you can still get quality reupholstering done to your own specifications, but this is one. We had a chair redone that was my mom's and had much sentimental value. We asked around and looked at several places before settling on this one in Greenfield. We are very happy with the results. They maintained the chair's authentic era while strengthening it and making the material brand new.
Bill B and his crew are the very best at what they do! We have used Arnold's auto body again and again with excellent results every time. Last summer, our daughter scraped up the running board of our van pretty badly on a high curbing. We had three estimates, as is our custom, and Arnold's was in the middle but we knew he would do perfect work so we went with him. In the end he did a fantastic repair job along with extra work for the same price!!I mentioned to him how shabby my hubcaps were looking and when I picked up the van he had power washed them for free. We now only use Arnold's.
Well, my niece borrowed my van and misjudged the gas station pump while pulling away. What a mess the side door was. My sister called Vermette's and they took it right in and had it fixed before my husband and I were back from a vacation. Pricey but they met the need when it was there. The auto body job was very nice looking.
We use this Laser CAr Wash all the time for our High top conversion Van and our full sized sedan. It's not easy to find a self service car wash that takes high tops so we were glad when Tony opened this one up in town. It's $7 for a regular wash but it comes out nice and clean and is very conveniently located. Also-having the vacuum cleaners right there as you drive out of the wash makes the whole job easier. The equipment and grounds are kept in tip top shape.
My sister bought her Santa FE from Gary Rome. She is happy with the service so far and really likes the car except for the way the brakes get rusty looking ans show through the hubcaps. She went back and bought two more Elantras there though so that says something.
