'Help when I needed it'
I had an emergency with my vehicle two weeks ago and Firestone was the closest shop so I pulled in. They immediately took my car in and diagnosed the problem for a fair price. I was on my way within 1/2 hour to take it back to the shop that had originally done the work that failed. They were courteous and knowledgeable and I appreciated their prompt work.
