This is a great little restaurant located in the Beach Club Resort. It is open for breakfast and dinner. At breakfast time it is an American style breakfast buffet. At breakfast it is also a character breakfast with Mickey and his friends. For dinner the restaurant becomes a large seafood buffet. The seafood is ridiculously fresh and is simply fantastic.
This is a pastries shop located in the France pavilion in the Epcot Center. This is a counter service bakery. They have the most delicious pastries this side of the Atlantic. There isn't one item that i cannot recommend. My absolute favorite is the Pralineige. It is a combination of layered Hazelnut and chocolate moose whip so light its like air. There are simply no words
Love Love Love this place. I have to come at least once every time i go to Disney. Ghirardelli's has some of the best ice cream sundaes EVER!! I recommend the brownie sundae it is surreal.
This is a cute little fifties style soda shop. It is located in the Beach Club Resort just off the pool/veranda area. It has great American style food, try the hot dog its HUGE. The best though is the ice cream served here. They have a wide variety of different sundaes and you can also create your own. Heres the kicker they have this one sundae that has like everything, including THE KITCHEN SINK. Its called the kitchen sink and if one person can finish it all them self its FREE.
The Grand Floridian in my opinion is one of the top resorts on Disney property. It is themed i the style of a Victorian mansion resort. The style is elegance and fun mixed into one. The effect is simply spectacular. Another plus of the resort is that it is located on the monorails system that link the Magic Kingdom Resorts with the Magic Kingdom.
The theming of this Disney resort is that of an African Lodge. The rooms are spacious, decorated and kept beautifully. The staff is very obliging and always happy and helpful. The Animal Kingdom Lodge is conveniently located only a short walk from Disney's Animal Kingdom. However the most spectacular aspect of the animal Kingdom Lodge is an event that happends every morning. If you book a safari view every morning as you wake you can walk onto you balcony and look down on a Savanna plain and seen the animals that roam there.
This Walt Disney World Resort falls into the moderately price category. It is a large hotel that is made up of two different sections, four mansions and the bayous. The complex is large so you can end up in a building that is far from the main lobby. Even this however Disney makes this not as much of a disadvantage. The Bayous have three bus stops of their own so your room will never be far from a bus stop. The transportation is very good and complementary. Buses run on a twenty minute schedule, but most times the wait is never that long. The theming of this hotel is really cute and unique.
The theming of the mansions is different southern plantation styles. The Bayous are the opposite showing the charm of the Louisiana Bayou.
I love going to the downtown Disney area. Here you can find the world's largest Disney store with any disney related objects you can think of. Besides stopping there is also a great deal of good restaurants like Captain Jack's (seafood), the Rainforest Cafe, and Gerardelli's. The Rainforest is a really good place to bring the kids, even 15 minutes there is a thunderstorm.
Home to the worlds largest disney store, downtown disney is a great place to go at night after a long day in the parks. There are many different restaurants and shops. Three main part the West Side, Pleasure Island and the Marketplace.
You've heard it before, but disney world really is the happiest place on Earth. I have been going hear almost every year since i was born. Most people associate it with families with small children, but it is for people of any age. there are things for any interest.
