I had my renewal at the hostess house in 2006. I had no arguments then, so I took my son's girlfriend in to look at dresses. a young girl greeted us promptly without a smile on her face. I saw the lady who helped me in 2006 hoping she would help again, instead the younger girl did. Her questions were too personal, she made my son's girlfriend uncomfortable in the dressing room, She was rude and when she found out we had started 2 years earlier with our plans, she handed her off to me, as if I was the bridal gown consultant. I have never been treated so horrible, our price range was 700.00 to 1,000.00 and although that should not matter, I will be taking my business elsewere. The sad thing is my future daughter-in-law found the dress of her dreams. Too bad they could not capture the true meaning to customer service.
