I recently had a major service done on my Subaru Legacy GT limited wagon at J&J. In this service, they replaced the power steering belt which was making the embarrassing squeaking every time I turned sharply. It was fine when I picked the car up but within a week it started again and quickly became worse. They explained that sometimes new belts may stretch slightly which I can understand but finding the time to be without my car was a major hassle for me due to my personal circumstances. I won't say what they did but suffice it to say that they went WAY beyond the call of duty or what any reasonable person would expect from an auto mechanic. The car is perfect once again and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Their only concern was making things right by the customer. I wish I could find more businesses with the level of customer care they serve up.
