We recently bought a puppy there and were told she was a poodle mix and would likely at most be low shedding. In the opinion of our vet, groomers and everyone who meets her- she is a golden cross and sheds a ton. She's a great dog, great temperment and health has been okay...we're just upset because we really wanted something that would be at most low shedding and there is no way our puppy is part anything that doesn't shed. Essentially we shelled out a lot of money for a doodle and got a mutt. Wish we would have just gone to the local shelter.
Legend Hills is a great place to spend and hour or so during the warmer seasons. In the spring they offer pick your own strawberries. In the fall you can pick your own peaches and apples- they have a large variety to choose from. In addition they operate a small grocery store with penny candy, amish goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses and smoked meats. My kids ask to go several times over the course of the summer. They family who runs it is wonderfully friendly and helpful!
We had a furnace problem in the middle of winter. They were able to get out to us that day and fixed the problem very quickly. I felt like I received honest fair service and was charged fairly. I'd call them again.
