3 Men Movers Incorporated

I hired them for a very simple move. We owned a house that consisted of two duplex units. We were moving from the upstairs until to the downstairs unit, and we needed movers to for the heavy stuff and some boxes. My biggest issue was the theft of an xbox 360 game and xbox 360 wireless adapter (total $140 lost). (Fortunately no jewelry) I never would have noticed except that I had been playing the game and personally moved my xbox gear, so I noticed right away it was missing. I compained to 3 Men Movers. They initially were really responsive, but then just stonewalled me. Their response was that no game or adapter was found in their truck, so they were not responsible (??? - why would someone steal something and leave it in the 3 men movers' truck)? In addition, they arrived 2 hours late (although we booked 2 weeks in advance and were the first in the morning appointment) and only after my wife called and complained. They started rushing at the finish and badly scrapped up the stairwell walls and our couch moving it downstair. Finally, although it's petty, they accidently dumped over a bookshelf filled with magazines. Instead of picking up the magazines, they just trampled them while they finished the move. After they left, my wife and I had to clean up the mess.
