Flower Box The Hm & Meml Park
I received a unique arrangement from this florest from a co worker of my husband's for the funeral... I loved the very different red glass vase which I still have and beautiful assorted flowers arrangement that was in it... Big pink Gerbera daisy, roses, purple statice, and a bunch of other ones that I don't know the names of... Very unique and they delivered to me out here in the country which is also very unique. The office called to check my address and get directions and the lady who delivered the flowers was very nice.
I would highly recommend them.
SAMUELL FARM
Nice place to walk around and see the animals there and a great family weekend outing in the city. This place is owned now by a business concensus and so far is being run very well... They offer walking tours and you can rent the buildings for family events and weddings and the like. We recently did this for a family reunion and it worked out very well... We rented the building for the day and it came complete with fridge, micro, tables and chairs... Any event that can be both indoors and outdoors in the Texas summer is a blessing.
I would highly recommend Samuel Farm.
Keller Williams Incorporated
These folks are fantastic... I had one KW realtor that has helped me and taken me to see a multitude of houses. We kept looking until I found the property with the most things on my wish list. She deserves my respect and she has earned my money so that should tell you all you need to know.

Crowell Real Estate
This is a family realtor group with a lot of history of living and working in the area... Their office is located in a converted house in downtown Royse City. If you are considering moving to the country and have some questions, these folks can certainly help with the answers.
I would highly recommend them.
Land Art Nursery Of Rockwall
Ready to garden, but don't want to go all the way to the Home Depot in Rockwall? Then this is your place... They are located on Hwy 276 going east out in the county of Rockwall. They are my first stop every year for my flats of pansies. They have some nice trees and flowers for you to choose from and most of the staff is quite knowledgeable if you are a garden newbie... They also offer garden installation services.
Pros: reasonsable prices and convenience...

United Country Real Estate
When we first moved out to the country, these are the folks that took us around to look at houses in the area... They helped us buy our land and build our home. They are well versed in buying and selling country real estate... Mike Stone is the agency head and recently, he ran and won a school board seat. Most of the realtors in the office also live out here, so they know all about life in the country.
pros: I would highly recommend them

Royse City Herald Banner
The Herald Banner operates a bunch of local papers out here in the country... The Royse City one is pretty good with good editorials and info for those of us with inquiring minds....
cons: small ads section....hopefully, that will change as the area continues to grow.
Royse City Tires & Wheels
Nice guys here... This is located right next to the Jack in the Box and right off the I-30 north frontage road... This is a good place if you have a flat and need it repaired quickly and for buying new tires....
cons:They do not carry alot of used tires for import sizes for my Hyundai and my Nissan...
Royse City Pharmacy
This is an old world pharmacy for a hometown... It's located in an old brick building on Main st. It's good to have one near your doctor when you just don't feel like going into the city to the walmart or other big pharmacy... The pharmacist and helpers are all very nice here and endeavor to remember your name when you come in...
On one side of the store is the otc sections and on the other is I guess you could call it a boutique... You can pick up a stuffed animal for a sick person or maybe a knick nack for your collection...
