I was devastated when a massive deer ran into the side and back of my highlander hybrid on Xmas eve near Mammoth. The car was fortunately drivable but I was just dreading the process of getting it fixed (a previous rear-ended car of mine had taken 3 months at a different shop) and we really needed the 4 wheel drive for a planned trip to Tahoe. Everyone at the shop was wonderful - handled the insurance efficiently, told me 5 days, delivered it in 4 (yay!!), would have provided referal for rental car deal (didn't need it, still have that ancient rear-ended car) and the highlander came home spotless and looking better than new. I think their hourly rate is really great and would take something not covered on insurance there in a shot. For added value they offer a free detailing a month after pick-up - which for me (4 snowboarders, 1 horse and muddy soccer gear) is a remarkable deal!
