Free Spirit Tandem Paragliding

I booked surprise tandem paragliding flight for our 5th anniversary. We flew at Tiger Mt after riding up in a shuttle that cost $15 so we did not have to hike to the top of the 1850 Ft mountain. I had seen the paragliders floating in the sky when I drove by Issaquah and decided to try it. It was more fun than riding my motorcycle. I loved when we flew by the juvenile eagle and I got to take pictures of Mt Ranier, Lake Sammamish, Cougar Mt.,Tiger Mt etc. You could see Mt Si and even Mt Baker in the distance. It was less scarey than I thought. My wife loved it and it added a spark to our relationship by sharing a new adventure after 5 years together. We flew with John and Todd who were very professional in explaining how everything worked and helping my wife get over some initial fear.
Great adventure. I plan to bring my brother to try it this summer when he visits. Much more fun than going up the Space Needle in Seattle.
