Sedano's Markets are always the place I like to go and buy groceries. Although you can find a lot of the latin spices at the traditional markets, I like going and feeling like you are in a neighborhood market.

Yes, Pollo Tropical in South Beach. The food is really good and cuban authentic. The fact that you can get in a drive thru is even better. If you go during lunch and dinner hours be ready for a bit of a wait, but it is worth it.

We stopped here on our way back from a friends house. Two of my kids hadn't eaten here before. They were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. We had left overs and took it home for dinner. Yum.

In Miami this is a great fast food restaurant. When I was visiting my daughter, we ate here quite a bit and we loved it. The platanos are delicious and so are the beans and rice.

A friend of my daughters took me here on our way home. I had never been to one and she was surprised because I had been to LA several times before. I really loved the potatos and tomato salad and of course the chicken was good.

You can get great fried chicken at this shop. It's nice because it isnt one of the chains in the LA area. So there food is fresher and the cooks really care about home much you like it and want to come back.

This place has amazing cupcakes. You can get the largest variety I have ever seen or tasted. Definitely do not walk in here, if you are on a low carb diet. You will not be able to resist.

Out of The Closet Thrift Store

The Out of the Closet Thrift Store's are all pretty good. I have gone to several. Some are kept cleaner and more organized than others. This one was pretty good. I found a few good things.
