This is the dry cleaners we've been going to for the past ten years. Karen, the owner, and her staff, always greet you with a smile. They provide excellent in-house service and your cleaning is ready in a couple of days or sooner if needed. Open Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sunday.

This is the florist we like to use in our area. My wife loves the arrangements and says it's like walking in a garden when receiving flowers from Blooming View. The other special touch is that there is always a colorful butterfly in the arrangement. Excellent service.

This is a restaurant we enjoy going to not only because of the many seafood selections you can pick from but also for the outside dining area by the water. Everything that we've tried has been very good. Our favorite is the "Seafood Mix Grill" - shrimp, scallops and the daily catch - the salmon when served with this is excellent.
Give this restaurant a try the next time in Newport Beach.

Tucked away in the Vons shopping center on Via Verde Avenue between the 10 and 57 fwys, this small family restaurant has been a local favorite for many years 20 years to be exact. It is a fun relaxing place that provides very tasty, freshly cooked, Mexican dishes. The family and staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Lunch and dinner served Monday thru Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Great place to sit outside and watch people stroll by. If you dont like the occasional overhead tree twig dropping into your beverage, you might prefer dining under the outside canopy or inside the restaurant. The food is very good plus the chef will readily adjust an entre to your request. Open Monday thru Saturday for lunch and dinner plus brunch on Sunday. Full bar and wines available.

This is the best tile company for all your tile needs. From their initial guidance on tiles to their innovative design suggestions, installation, cleanup and final inspection this company provided us with a first class job that saved us time and money. Their bid was completely broken down so you understood how the money was being spent. All employees are personally trained by the owner to ensure quality workmanship and professionalism. This is a well established business that will handle all aspects of your landscaping needs. We have used them on two homes to completely redo all areas. Their innovative ideas along with our thoughts and plans helped to enhance the overall appearance of our homes. We were very happy with the selections made and the final results.
