There is only one way to describe Starr Housebest in the business. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated wonderfully and respectfully. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and I didnt have to wait before I was seated for a consultation. Andrea spoke with me about what I wanted, furthermore she really listened and the end result showed. My color looks more amazing than I would have ever imagined. Next, I saw Chris for a cut. Again, I was consulted about the look I was trying to achieve. Then he took time to explain to me before cutting exactly how he was going to cut my hair and the look that it would achieve. It matched up with exactly what I described to him. Products were suggested to match my hair type and cut, but never in a pushy manner. It was done very tastefully and for that reason I purchased a few.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff is highly trained, very professional, but also very friendly and easy to talk to. The products suggested work perfectly with my hair type and cut and give me the desired look I wanted. The prices at Starr House are no way excessive for the services you receive. They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is amazing and that you walk out the haircut and color you have always dreamed of.
