I have been a member at this Club for about 6 years. I have always received the nicest of treatment. I would recommend highly, their swimming aerobics classes, message treatments, palates classes, and their weights and exercise machines. With your membership, you receive a free session with a personal trainer to set up your program and to teach you how to use the machines. This can be evaluated at any time. There us a friendly and family atmosphere here.
Cafe Loup
This is a real find in New York City. Especially on Sunday's when they have a jazz brunch featuring the Bob Kindred Trio. Bob plays tenor sax and usually has the best of New York City's jazz musicians join him on Sunday mornings. Besides the fabulous music, this restaurant has an extensive, reasonably priced menu that will thrill your tastes. There is no music charge, so you can come at 12 noon and stay until 3:00 pm without being rushed.

I hope you won't need the services of this wonderful Physical Therapy Center; but, if you do....this is the place to go. I have been a patient twice here due to knee injury and rotater cuff injury, and the service I received both times were very professional, friendly, encouraging, and your privacy is at the top of their list. Dr. Babich is a kind, caring and gentle dentist. He has a great rapport with children. He has been my dentist for many years and saved me from having many teeth extracted and a partial plate put in. His office has the latest in equipment and I can say with all honesty, "He delivers pain free dentistry." My husband would rather experience the pain instead of receiving a shot to numb the area. With Dr. Babich, he is very relaxed and feels nothing when this procedure is done. We are so happy when we found Dr. Babich and I think you will too. We were so thrilled when we first went to this Italian restaurant to find such a quality eatery in our own town. We knew the owner from another restaurant and were so glad to see that he opened this establishment in Bloomingdale. The menu is wonderful and the fact that you can BYOB, helps keep the cost in check. The best bargain is to go for lunch here....you can't beat the price or the food on their lunch menu. My husband and I treat ourselves often to this restaurant for lunch as often as we can. The service is very good and one feels very unique and special here.
The Timbers
I can't say enough about this restaurant. Their food is high quality and their service is the same. This was where our son and his, then, girlfriend went on special occasions. When they got married, we planned their rehearsal dinner here and the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. They helped us plan the perfect event and we will never forget this party. Their Timber Burger is special and their Penna with Vodka Sauce is the way to go. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you must plan to go soon. Prices are very reasonable too.
Frank's Pizza & Italian Restaurant
The food here is GREAT! When friends, my husband and I eat food from Frank's, we are usually enjoying live music at Amazing Grapes which is located next door. Frank's menu is available at Amazing Grapes and you just have to order what you want, and the most delicious creations are delivered to you. You must try it. I'm sure eating at Frank's Pizza is nice also....we just enjoy the combo of great food, excellent wine, and live music.

I have been going here for 6+ years and I would recommend this Salon to anyone. Minn (the owner) could not be nicer and more accommodating. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing Grapes
If you haven't visited Amazing Grapes in Pompton Lakes....you will be genuinely surprised. It is not just a package store...the place offers many unique tasting experiences and they know a lot about beers and wines. They will help you buy the perfect one for your tastes...you even might get a taste. They offer music on Friday and Saturday evenings; 7-12 pm. Come this coming Sat. to see the J.A.S. Trio - a local jazz trio. Also, upcoming event that is a fundraiser for the Bloomingdale Library is a Around the World Wine tasting experience. Sunday, 4/6; 4-7 pm.
