This place is amazing! The people are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic! They are focused on ensuring that all athletes from professional to casual are prepared to compete in endurance events such as cycling and triathlons. I highly recommend going to Endurance for a bike fit! This process was educational and my riding has improved just from this thorough process! I have learned so much from the coaches at Endurance including how to properly climb hills and a proper pedal stroke. It is amazing that what they teach indoors translates to riding outdoors. This is an individualized workout that is tailored to you in a group setting! I highly recommmend checking out Endurance if you are thinking about participating in an endurance event!
The pizza at Primo's is top-notch! They have lots of speciality pizzas and the traditional ones too! Their atmosphere is family-friendly with a small vido arcade room to keep the kids busy.
I enjoy their lunch specials, sandwiches, and salads too!!
Good price, good food!
One of my favorite things to do is to meet a group of friends for drinks at Club Mallard. The atmosphere is casual and there is plenty of room to chill and hang with friends. There are inside and outside spaces to hang out and enjoy a cold beer or the cocktail special.
The club has five pool tables which are always full, but you can wait your turn and be rewarded!
I have never been charged a cover and there is no food, but you can order pizza from across the street and then bring it in!
Pros: roomy, good price for drinks, inside and outside spaces, pool tables
Cons: not very close to public transit; parking is scarce.
There are many different crowds at Crogan's, but I go for the sports viewing and the crowd is lively and fun! This is my favorite place to watch NFL games on Sundays, as you get to know the local crowds and rivalries commence as kickoff begins. It is a first come, first serve on any TV and they have tons!! So it is easy to find a place to watch your obscure team such as the Buffalo Bills or the St. Mary's Gaels.
The food is good, I recommend the Chicken Enchiladas. The drinks are great especially when they are made by Randy.
I'll definately be in attendance for the March Madness Tourny with the rest of the bball bums!
If you go, tell Randy I said hi!
When I walk into Pete's, I feel like I am walking into my mother's dining room! The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic!! My faves are the Chicken #1 and The Todd (hamburger), both are second to none! You must ask for the cayenne mayo, as this is delicious and is great for dipping your fries!!! Pete's offers a rotating beer selection and also special events such as Lobsterfest in August/September! If you have not been to Pete's I suggest you drop by for a sandwich and a beer!
