As with most people, my family was not very happy about putting our family member into a nursing home. While there were things we did not care for in this place, it was the best we could find for her. The staff was cooperative with our requests, and when the time finally came that she was not going to make it much longer, they did their best to make her and us comfortable. They brought down a tray of snacks for the family, and even removed her roommate so we had more room for the entire family to be with her at the end.
If your looking for a photographer for a special event, this is the place to go! We had Jeffery do our wedding, and the pictures turned out wonderful. He was really friendly and patient with everyone. I would recommend spending a little more on this part of your wedding and cutting back in others if needed. Pictures are something you can keep forever and are one of the few things left behind after the wedding night.
We go here occasionally after church on Sunday's. It is never to busy and we get our food quickly. The only downfall is that they don't offer any specials on the weekends, so you pay about $7 for a breakfast.
I went here for lunch with my mom. The service was okay, but nothing special. What really bothered me was the way the seating is set up and the fact that it is on a busy street. When you first walk into the building, there are booths. No real waiting area or entrance. Then, when your seated, every time a large truck goes by (which is often), the entire building shakes! It does not make for a very relaxing lunch.
Eldorado has a good menu with lots of different options available. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated with plenty of room inside. The owners are very friendly people and pride themselves on serving high quality food, especially their steaks.
Johnson's is your typical corner restaurant. Prices are good, service is decent, portions are big. I would recommend going there for breakfast as they have some very reasonable breakfast specials.
This is a very nice, romantic place to go for a quiet evening out. I would not recommend this restaurant for kids. The food is good, however the prices are a little high.
I have been to the Hotel Grill on a few occasions. The first was for a holiday dinner with family. The food was really good and reasonably priced, however they over booked themselves. The place was packed; you could barely get from your table to the restrooms. The waitstaff was overwhelmed, which means service was not the best. However, we recently had a fundraiser for my niece and the Grill was willing to donate a percentage of funds to this event, so that worked out well.
My family has used Tim for several important events. The pictures always turn out great! He is more expensive than the local Sears or Penney's, but the quality is also much better. The biggest downfall is that the studio is a little small.
The parking here is not very good. It is along the back and sides of the building, and can fill up quickly. Everything inside is nice and clean, most likely because it is new. The people working there are friendly and do a decent job.
