'Bally's in Medford is fantastic!'
I don't know about the other reviews but I think the customer service is great. The classes are very challenging and fun! The personal trainers are very professional and encourage you to keep working hard. I've had a trainer at a couple of other gyms and the trainer I have now helped me lose 50lbs and keeps me motivated to keeping going. My other trainers at other gyms struggled to help me and never really seemed as professional as the Bally Total Fitness fitness professionals.I don't enjoy being at the gym but when I have an appointment with my trainer it motivates me to workout. I feel like the trainer holds me accountable!
