This is a really new restaurant located by the Firewheel Mall. The pot roast was good and so was their baked chicken. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

AMC Firewheel 18
This is one of the better theaters in the area. Excellent stadium seating. Credit card kiosks outside are a plus. Very clean and everything is up to date. The snacks are typical for theaters. Location is good for eating before or after the movie.

This is a great restaurant to visit on the seawall in Galveston. They offer great Mexican food at affordable prices with very friendly and efficient service.

Bernardo's Restaurant
This is a beautiful upscale hotel with a fantastic view of the gulf. At the end of the day you can lounge in the lobby and get a soothing drink to help you relax. Our room was a little on the small side but this is no surprise since it was built back in 1911. The bed was very comfortable and the Concierge was extremely helpful in helping us figure out what to do while we were there. We had a small problem with our room service order but the manager on duty took care of us as soon as we brought it to his attention. Id love to go back soon.

Allen Bowl
Going here with a bunch of teenagers is a great idea on a Friday night. They really enjoy it and a good time is had by all. The one great thing I like about them is, if there is any wait time for a lane it isn't too long. They offer competitive prices too.

This is one of the cleaner bowling alleys we've been to. Sometimes it's hard to get a lane so I suggest calling ahead of time to find out what the wait time is. They are a little pricey but they have great facilities.

It was one of the better buying experiences I've had in a while. They didn't double up on me like other dealers have in the past. Also, they didn't push the extended warranty, etc the F/I guy pushes. It was like here it is take it or leave it. Price was right. 1K under invoice. <3 hours start to finish and I was leaving with a new car.

Camp Bow-Wow Kennels
We've used them a couple of times when we've had to go out of town for several days. The facility is large and well kept and we felt very comfortable leaving our dog with them. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

This groomer does a good job of listening to her customers and delivering what is expected. I've taken our Golden Retriever there several times and I am always happy with the service. Very competitive prices.

Texans Credit Union
This branch just recently opened and we are really pleased with their service here as we are with the one in Garland. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can get in and out quickly.
