American Laser Centers

I was taking my mother to her doctor's office appointment when I stumbled upon American Laser Center which was on the same floor. I went in to get more information on the Photofacial procedure. I approached the front desk to see if I can get some literature and possibly schedule a consultation. The front desk receptionist informed me that it was the last day of their 25% off promotion on a photofacial package which normally costs $3,000.00. I asked her several questions on what Photofacial is and if it can remove my sunspots and acne scars. She answered my questions very generically and gave me literature to read. At that time, I did have a lot of makeup on to cover up my face. She did not even look at me closely and quickly said that it will help me rid of my facial blemishes. I then asked if I can schedule a more detailed consultation with an M.D. or R.N. to answer my questions about the risks/rewards of the procedure and to have my face more closely examined without makeup. Se rudely replied that she did give me a consultation and that should sign up today to take advantage of their special discount. I quickly thanked her and left very disappointed.

Why would I pay $2,250 ( includes 25% discount) to do a procedure I knew very litttle about? I expect to talk to a real professional who will examine my face closely and answer all my question/concerns before shelling out $2,250.00. I expected more from them than a pressured sales tactic. Even when I did laser eye surgery, I first consulted with the optometrist who spent 30 minutes with me answering all my questions and gave me a free eye exam to see if I was a good candidate. I paid $2,200 for my eye surgey and it was well worth it. I expected the same professional treatment with American Laser Centers. I was disappointed with their philosophy and how they treat potential clients.

I am glad I decided to go to Vienna Skin Clinic to get my photofacial done by an M.D. who only charges $980 for a package of five treatments and was very thorough with my consultation and did an excellent job. For those of you looking to do photofacial, please do not bother with American Laser Center.

I also reviewed this business on Yelp as well and gave it a one star rating. I was shortly contacted by new management at American Laser Center to ensure me that their management has changed and that they are dedicated to customer service. I really admire that effort and am changing my one star to three stars.

Vienna Skin Clinic

Vienna Skin Clinic is an answer to my prayers!!! I have always done cosmetic procedures and have always wished for high quality treatments with an affordable price. I've literally spent thousands on Botox, Restylane, and skin procedures before discovering Vienna Skin Clinic on Wave Magazine. I thought there must be a catch because of the extremely low prices and the fact that every procedure is performed by a doctor. I decided to also check reviews on Yelp and felt comfortable enough to schedule a Fotofacial Packet because of all the great reviews. Also, the price was 1/2 of what other places were charging.

Before checking out Vienna Skin Clinic, I also checked out PureMED SPA which charged over $1700 for a packet of 5 and done by a nurse. I also dropped by American Laser Centers which charged $2250 for a packet of 5 and that price was 25% off their regular price of $3000.00. When I went in for a consult at American Laser Centers, the receptionist looked at my face and told me I needed it. I did not even get to sit down with an MD. Very unprofessional, they seemed to be only concerned about selling packets. I also called Dr. Noodleman, Berman MD, and Dr. Bitter's office. They all charged over $2500.00 for 5 packets of fotofacial.

Vienna Skin Clinic only charges $980.00 for 5 packets. My free consultation with Dr. Le went very well. He examined my face thoroughly and honestly told me what to expect. He told me that he can get rid of all my sunspots but not my deep scar on my cheek, due to a burn I got when I was 3 yrs old. However, it will be lighter and not as noticeable. I decided to go ahead and purchase a packet.

Upon my first treatment, I was very, very impressed. My face looked a lot more youthful! My skin was tighter, my pores shrunk, my sunspots were a lot lighter and some even had disappeared!! Most importantly, my scar which was darker than the rest of my face became a lot lighter and blended in with the rest of my skin. I hardly noticed it.

I just finished my fifth treatment and my skin looks amazing. 90% of my blemishes have disappeared and my skin looks so pure, just like when I was in elementary school. I never thought I could look so good. My scar has blended in so well that I go out without makeup all the time and can hardly see the scar. Other people do not even know I have a scar until I point it out. Even then, some cannot even see it. Prior to Fotofacial, the scar was so noticeable and people would ask me all the time why I had a scar. I now get so many compliments on how my face glowed and what products I used. I proudly tell them I get Fotofacial done with Dr. Le at Vienna Skin Clinic as well as use his skincare line, Vienna Health and Beauty.

I have just scheduled Botox for my forehead and Restylane for my lips. I expect good results as well. I will definitely update once I get them done.

Update 1:
I just did both my botox and restylane. The results were incredible. My botox gave me the lift I needed . It was natural looking yet effective. I looked years younger and my forehead creases and crow's feet have disappeared. The procedure was painless and I saw results in two days. Very well done! I LOVE my restylane job for my lips. My lower lips now have a very sexy, sultry pout. My upper lips are just given the right amount of fullness. I look absolutely sexy without looking overdone unlike some actresses I have seen on television ( For example, Nikki from the show Las Vegas, The creator of the PussyCat dolls, Ex Motley Crew lead singer Vince Niel's wife whom I recently saw on either E! or VH-1. All these women are beautiful, but they overdo their restylane so much that they look like they have fish lips.) Thank God, my lips were full,sexy, but natural looking. I highly recommend both botox and restylane with Dr. Le. Not only is the price unbeatable but his workmanship is excellent.

Capitol Premier Car Wash

I recently got my car detailed here and bought their best package. They did an excellent job cleaning the exterior, interior, leather cleaning, waxing, etc. and when I went to pick my car up three hours later, I was very impressed. My car looked like a brand new car, just like when I first bought it two years ago. I have been driving it arond for a week now and it is still shiny both inside and out. All the dirt from my carpets vanished and they happen to remove all the dust from the crevices of my car. The staff was very helpful with trying to help me save money with coupons and I ended up paying $30 less than what was origionally charged. I am very happy with this place as I am very picky with my car's cleanliness and have tried other detail work at other car washes before. I will definitely use them for future carwashes and detail work.
