I had 5 tests, which I passed, under his orders. The 6th I chose not to(it was a cardiac stress test with an injection to make my coronary arteries expand - a 2 to 4 hr. dangerous test).
Because the other non-invasive tests showed normal, I declined this high risk one. He then refused to see me again and described me as nervous and neurotic to my general practitioner. I was astounded.
The men in my family have gone to Angelo for years now.
He consistently does fine hair cuts of just about any style a man could ask for. His shop is clean and friendly and his prices are very reasonable!
You have to lobby hard for your family member if they are hospitalized at Noble Hospital! The staff of mostly R.N.s does the bare minimum and as a whole, aren't friendly on the second floor.
Be prepared to wash-up and brush the teeth of your loved one. The nurses do not.
And, stay away from their Cardiac Care Center....Do NOT sign off on a paper regarding your life and Do NOT have a medicine-induced Stress Test there!
Also, the Noble Hospital Social Worker named Joanne was one of the most rude, poorly spoken and frankly incompetent L.C.S.W.s I've encountered.
My mother lost over 20 lbs when at Heritage Hall West for 27 days! She was finally hospitalized for being unresponsive.
While in the hospital the doctors determined she needed a blood transfusion, was malnurished and had infected bed sores!
They also determined she was grossly over-medicated with anti-pyschotics and painkillers! These had been begun and administered while at Heritage Hall West!
