I have been going to Triumph in New Hope since it opened. They always have great beer on tap, of course. Their menu was wonderful as well until they decided to completely change it. The once amazing turkey burger was now obsolete, which bummed me out. I wasn't impressed with the new menu but I always go back for the beer.
About a year ago the Logan Inn went under new ownership. I wasn't very impressed with the new menu or their food. Lunch was overpriced for a meal that didn't even fill me up.
Manny Browns is a great bar to stop for a refill of your beer of choice and some bar food after walking/shopping on South St. Their nachos are ENORMOUS and very delicious. There is plenty to share!
Cafe Galleria, though very small, is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. Their pizza is amazing, the crust is thin and it's very satisfying. I could have it everyday and never get sick of it. They also have a variety of panini sandwiches, soups (the french onion is great), hummus (wonderful!), as well as rice and pasta dishes.
My co workers and I go to Inn of the Hawke a lot for lunch and occasionaly for happy hour/dinner. Their sandwiches are great and they have homemade potato chips that they serve with malt vinegar. Their menu changes daily which is nice. Their salads are always good as well.
They also have a lot of different varieties of beer on tap.
Tortugas is a quiant little restaurant tucked in Lambertville. They have the best Mexican food in the area. The guacamole is made from scratch and it's the best I've ever had. I have never had a bad meal here.
This is the only place I've found in a 30 mile radius for EXCELLENT French Onion Soup. Their sandwiches are delicious, their salads are enormous, their pizza is tasty. I have never ever had a bad meal there.
If you're a fan of all three this is the place to go on a game night. They have great appetizers, salads and burgers. This place has been a family favorite for years.
Michaels is just your typical small town deli so you wouldn't think that you'd get such a good breakfast sandwich there. I had a friend from Chicago HOOKED on their pork roll egg & cheese. Everytime he came into town he had to have one. He didn't even know what porkroll was, but once he ate it he didn't care.
Janns has great home made ice cream. You can't beat their ice cream cakes either, picking your 2 favorite flavors with chocolate crunch in the middle...better than a normal cake!
