Pure Sense By Paula
I love, love, love this store. I buy all of my bath gels and candles here. Paula will do custom scents and pretty baskets for you. My favorite scents are the pomegranate white tea foaming face gel, lavender, rosemary mint, and sweet pea candles. Everything is organic and reasonably priced.

Bitter Sweet Butterfly
I love this store. They always have gorgeous flowers, beautiful lingerie, and jewlery. They have recently gotten in really sexy men's underwear and cool socks too! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and their prices are really reasonable. I go there to buy all of my gifts and flowers. Check it out!

Lark Cake Shop
This is my favorite cupcake place in LA. The chocolate mousse, red velvet, and carrot are to die for! They also do amazing cream puffs that are more like mini eclairs. Yum! Don't feel like making dessert from scratch? You should pick up some goodies here.

Square One Dining
This is one of my favorite breakfast places in LA. Their French toast is amazing, and I also love their baked egg dishes. Get something with the hot or cold fruit topping of the day--it changes every week. They also have really great lunch specials. It's a good spot for weird people watching, and it is totally worth the wait.

El Compadre
I love their flaming margaritas, their Chicken Mole, and hard shell tacos. I think that this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in LA. It has a festive atmosphere and good service. The last two times my hubby and I went there, the food wasn't as good as it normally is, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. They did have 2 large birthday parties going at the same time.
