No kidding, these people are the nicest in Wake Forest. We're always greeted promptly when we walk in (for take-out or dine-in). The wait staff is incredibly friendly. The outdoor seating area is great (and a rarity in this area). As for the food... their thin crust pizza is excellent. Our favorite is the Milton's Special. The calzones are wonderful, but I usually take some home for lunch the next day!

We have taken lots of guests to Milton's. We choose Milton's over any of the larger chain restaurants-- it is absolutely our favorite restaurant in Wake Forest.

TLC Dog Training and Boarding

We found Leslie Carpenter of TLC Dog Training and Boarding through our vet. We had just gotten a vizsla puppy (our very first dog-- lots of energy!) and wanted to start training her. We took her to several of Leslie's classes and also had Leslie come to the house to give us some pointers. The classes were great. She tailored the lessons to what we really needed. During the home visit, she even taught Daisy to ring a bell to tell us that she has to go out. That has been truly priceless!
We have also had Daisy board several times at the TLC facility. It is clean and well maintained. There are very nice indoor and outdoor spaces for the dogs. Leslie offers training there as well. We feel safe leaving our dog with her and have recommended her to family members. Leslie has recently expanded her services to include in-home pet sitting / walking and other services. We feel fortunate to have found her and are planning on boarding our dog there this summer.
