The first time I had my Mercedes serviced for oil change was April 11, 2007. Then, on June 6, I had a problem with the rear window regulator ( of the Mercedes). Just last Saturday, March 22 ,2008,
I drove my Mercedes to a party. After I came home and turned off the engine, I heard a humming noice under the hood and also smelled "burning odor". It took about 45 minutes for the noice to disappear. The following Monday, I took the car to Campbell Motor Center. The person who took care of my Mceredes was Bobby (who also happens to be the owner). He is a super mechanic, especially with Mercedes, and he is extremely personable.
Simply put, I appreciate the excellent service and very reasonble price.
