Nice food, a cut above the sandy beachfront joints. Pretty little cottage near the beach. Not too fancy, but comfortable and inviting. A good dining experience at reasonable rates. Worth a visit.
Really good food, fast service, near the beach. Excellent hush puppies and barbecue sandwiches, as well as burgers. Eat in or take out. Satisfying after a day at the beach. Very casual.
This is a favorite for hot dogs, both meat and vegetarian versions. A favorite stop; location also at Carolina Beach. Inexpensive, good food. A vacation staple. Casual, as befits the beach. Perfect for when you've worked up an appetite outside.
This was a great little restaurant. We ate out back in their courtyard and our dog was welcome. They had tasty food and yummy desserts such as homemade fudge. Their coffee was actually very good. Fast service, although I can see the place filling up during the summer months. Not overly expensive. Just the right place to eat after hiking along the river.
We had our Accord serviced here due to a recall notice. They took the car in the morning and had it back within a few hours. They did suggest additional repairs, but I did not feel they were trying to take advantage, merely alerting me to issues that could potentially get worse. Professional and efficient. Not our regular dealer, but convenient on 355.
Nice pizza, especially the white. Not too heavy. Casual dining; good food at good prices. The service was average; busy at lunch. Pleasing to kids and business people alike.
Good Mexican food in comfortable atmosphere. Generous helpings, friendly service, reasonable prices. Nice for lunch or dinner out. Plenty of combinations to please both vegetarians and meat eaters. We were too full to indulge in dessert, but they do have it on the menu.
Excellent practice. We were referred by our pediatrician to Dr. Jerry Shier. Organized, experienced and reassuring to pediatric patients. Conveniently located. The waiting room was full after school and parking was a bit of a challenge, but I was impressed by the doctor and staff, who provided oral and written explanations for procedures and treatment, as well as a follow-up letter.
A Knoxville landmark. Old-fashioned drug store with diner and soda fountain. Great for lunch with the kids. The burgers are a favorite and you can't miss with grilled cheese and salad. Can be crowded, but worth the wait. Good prices, good service, good food. And you can pick up that drugstore item on the way out. The way it used to be.
Yum. This shop is heaven for the chocolate lover. Delicious since 1889. Over one hundred chocolates and candies, for all tastes, including sugar-free. They ship gifts, as well. The chocolate-covered orange peel is my favorite, but you will find truffles or caramels, milk or dark...anything your heart desires. Friendly staff, too. Reasonable prices, especially considering the fine quality.
