Seattle Sewer Inspection

My rental house had a backup in the downstairs toilet. Seattle Sewer Inspection came out, was unable to help, gave us 'advice' on what we needed to do, collected $200 and left. He claimed it was impossible to get the clog out going through the toilet and we needed some specialist plumber to come and cut into part of our sewer line etc. Well, the next plumber came along and got the clog out going in through the toilet. It took him no time at all. We tried calling Seattle Sewer Inspection at least a dozen times to talk this over and get at least a partial refund but we never even got a call back. He took the money and ran. We paid for the fact that he didn't know what he was talking about and didn't have the right equipment. Really, really unfortunate experience.
