South Bend, IN Italian Restaurants 09/02/08: 'Grinders'

This is a nice place to get pizza and grinders (subs) I would recommend the Philly steak and cheese. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. The Greek salad is also very good.

This is a wonderful candy shop. The staff are friendly. They are a little pricey, but it can be worth it. The white chocolate covered rice crispy treats are really good.

This store sells outdoor gear, which is perfect for the area. The selection is good and you can find just about anything you need to go hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Best Friends Animal

Kanab, UT Animal Shelters/Pounds 09/02/08: 'Wonderful place'

This has to be one of the best places I have ever been to. Best Friends is the larges no-kill animal sanctuary in the US. The people were beyond friendly and helpful. They did everything in their power to make my trip there enjoyable, and what a view.What they have done for the abandoned pets in our society is amazing. They take in the sickest, most unadaptable pets from animal shelters all over the country, and turn their lives around. More shelters should take a chapter from their playbook and the world would be a better place.They were instrumental in helping the animals stranded during Katrina, and what they have done for the Vick dogs is nothing short of a miracle. If you ever get the chance to go there I would recommend you take the tour. The animals are so well cared for and it shows. The dog runs are bigger than my back yard.

Mount Carmel, UT Gift Shops 09/02/08: 'Go somewhaere else'

The people working in this store offended me. They were rude, stood around gossiping instead of assisting their customers. While I was waiting for assistance they were putting down the very reason I came to Utah. All they have is junk and you could find that anywhere.

This is a wonderful little store that sells souvenirs of the southwest. The have native american jewelry, moccasins, boot, and hats. The staff was very friendly

Kanab, UT Cafes 09/02/08: 'Old Fashion'

This is an old fashion soda shop. The decor is wonderful. Decorated in the 50's style. The food was good and the milkshakes even better. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nature's showcase is a very nice little store that is home to the wonderstone. Stones only found in the Utah area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful assortment of stone candle holders.

This was a very nice pizza place. The staff was friendly and my food was ready in a timely fashion. I was upset to find out that they did not deliver, such a small town to not offer delivery.

Kanab, UT Restaurants 09/02/08: 'Fast food'

This was a nice little place that served fast food. it is a drive thru type restaurant burger, fries, etc. The food was alot better than going to McDonald's for a cheap meal. Nice view of the scenery around Kanab.
