The office is easy to find, The waiting room is nice & even has a video game for the kiddies. The younger dentists are very nice, do a great job and are friendly. I saw their father (father & his children own it) once and he's terrible. A grumpy old man who thinks dental phobia is a crock, all pain should be tolerable and you should be able to grin and bare it! His children are GREAT. His son & two daughters work there. If you go and aren't afraid of dentists than the crabby old guy is your man - otherwise make an appointment with his kids. The staff seem really moody to me. The dental assistants are very nice but the office staff is rude & not customer service oriented. My son had an appointment and they were very rude with me on the phone, when we got there I stood at the reception desk for 5 mins. (which is actually a long time if you think about it) while they were huddled & giggling about something. I finally had to yell to get their attention. The staff does this crazy thing with clothespins. They come in the room periodically don't say a word and "pin" the Drs. Pin your it???? If you can tolerate it long enough to get through the door to the dentists you'll be fine. Just be prepared to be a number with the staff & older Dr. I can't say enough about the Younger Dentists my whole family goes to them and will not see the older guy. Old school I guess! If it wasn't for the staff & older dentist this would be 5 stars.
