Andy's Food Market is a nice little store with a "Mom & Pop" feel about it. It's a great place to stop in for snacks and pop. It is a small quick stop type place with limited products. Most of its business appears to be alcohol and lotto tickets.
Journey Books & Music is a wonderful place to shop. The store has music, cards, books, teaching CDs, and many gift giving ideas. There is also a wonderful selection of children's books and CDs. The staff is friendly and anxious to help customers. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee and just sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
Ernie's is a great place for car repairs. I know that they will do the work they say at the price they say. I don't worry that they will take advantage because I am a woman. They are easy to work with and do a great job. We have found Ernie's to be trustworthy and reliable.
Bahia is a wonderful Mexican restaurant on Broadway between 7th and 8th Streets. They have a great menu and daily lunch specials. Their chips and salsa are a great way to start the meal. I always get the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. The portions are generous and the service is excellent.
I love that their food is fixed as ordered. The skinny fries are a treat. They rotate the menu, so there are always lots of options. The restaurant is clean and welcoming.
The Little Chocolatier is located inside the old Colonial Village Mall. Their chocolates are a bit pricey, but well worth the money. I especially like their caramel corn. It smells so yummy! Tastes great, too!
I've enjoyed their music at several events. They have a wonderful reputation in the community. They perform at many charity events and put on a great show. Very enjoyable. They sound great!!!
