Turkois Grille
We discovered Turkois a few years ago. Its a great restuarant with delicious food. My husband and I particularly like their grilled meats and mixed grill combinations. The meats are flavorful and are served with a delicious rice and bulgar pilafs. We also enjoy the Shepherd's salad filled with tasty feta and fresh cucumber. The bread that comes to the table before the meal is really incredible as well. The service is fast and friendly and their lunch deal is very good. They have a belly dancing show on Friday and Saturday evenings. We have never attended but imagine it is fun and understand that reservations are required for that. The restuarant is family friendly (our 5 year old loves their chicken fingers).

Rockland Nissan
We recently purchased a car from Rockland Nissan. My husband started the process by asking dealers to submit online bids. Then we went to Rockland Nissan so I could test drive a car. Even though we had already submitted all our specs online, the dealer made us run through everything again. They did give us a very good price and said they had located a car that met all our specs including our color choices (we said any color but 2 specific that we didn't want). This was at 5:30 PM on a Friday. We went home to think about it and when we returned at 10 AM the next day the car could no longer be located. We went ahead with the deal because the price was good. Ultimately we got a car we are happy with at a price that was very good. However, there was clearly a bait and switch going on (when they eventually found us a car it was one of the 2 colors we didn't want). Our salesman was VERY, VERY slow in all aspects of the transaction. When I took my test drive he was very anxious, but midway through said he was pleased that I was such a good driver because when I first got in the car "he was very nervous!" The rest of the staff was fine to deal with, but unfortunately most of our transactions were with the one salesman who made it a tedious experience.

Royal Coach Inc
Over the past several years my family has unfortunately had need to have body work done on our 2 cars. We have always gone to Royal Coach and have always been more than satisfied with the result. The owner, Vince, is very friendly. He is very up front and on target with how long the work will take. He will give you as many options as possible (new vs. refurbished part) to keep the costs in check. Their work is impeccible, plus they vaccuum and clean out the interior so the car comes back new, inside and out! Should you find yourself in need of body work, I would recommend them highly!

Marigrills
Marigrills is a great restuarant. The food is fresh and original. It features a variety of delicious entrees which can be ordered as a salad, a sandwhich or a wrap. All the marinades and dressings are made on site and are very tasty. The owners/chef and all the staff are extremely friendly. There are crayons, coloring books and simple games available for kids and the chef will make fresh chicken fingers or grilled cheese even though they are not listed on the menu. The resturant has a simple, casual, comfortable feel and the take-out business appears to be very popular. As for favorite meals, I love citrus marinated chicken wrap (although the salad version with the toasted pumpkin seeds is also great). The onion rings are terriffic - thin sliced and lightly battered so the sweetness of the onion isn't overwhelmed. All in all Marigrills is a great treat.
