Well I must say from the moment I stepped into Jane Norman Skincare I felt a sense of calm. From the lighting to the sound to the subtle smell of something delightful I instantly felt the stress of my day begin to cool. I was greeted by a kind soft spoken woman that I assumed was the receptionist but once introduced I realized it was Jane herself. I felt very welcomed as I was escorted promptly to her room were I was to receive a facial. As the facial was beginning I felt I was in good hands based on the concern Jane had for my comfort and over all personal needs for my skin. I couldnt help but drift off a bit while she performed the service and while the facial lasted just about an hour, I could help but want it to continue. Since that visit I have enjoyed every facial as though it was the first!! Thanks Jane!
