OK, this was my second visit to this "salon" and pretty sure it will be the last. I Made an appt. for an all over hair color and while on the phone also confirmed pricing...which they told me the first time and also this time that it would be between $55-65 for an all over color. I showed up for my appt. today with Mai and I am not exactly getting the warm and fuzzy from her, but if she does a good job I guess thats ok. She tells me as soon as I sit down that the price is $95 b/c I have alot of hair and will have to use more product(really?? $30-40 of extra product). It was almost like she told me b/c she wasnt interested in doing my hair to begin with....If I want to pay those kind of prices I will go to a real salon.
Buyer Beware...I went in for botox which was either bad/and or diluted and had terrible results. I put up a review on Yelp and was harassed by the owner b/c she wanted me to take down the review. I would not recommend this place. You get what you pay for!!
I have finally had it with this place. I started going here when I first moved to Dallas and really liked my first few visits, then Chelsea called to see how my last visit for botox went and when I told her that it didnt seem like the botox had worked (which I have been getting botox long enough to know what good results are) I got attitude...so I realized that she wasnt calling to see how my treatment went she was just calling to make another sale. After that it just went down hill. They email me constantly to let me know about their specials and when I called I was told that for the month of May they had $10 botox and you could use your BD points...so I called to find out about the special and they never mentioned any restrictions, but when I called to prepay for the botox I was told that it had to be a min. of 25 units and you could get a microderm or chem. peel w/it. I said I wasnt really interested in either of those things I just wanted 20 units of botox. The girl and the front desk said she would check and call me right back...that was Fri. May 31st...I never heard from anyone so I called them back on Tues. and was told by the snotty girl , Ashley, at the front desk that the special was over at the end of May. I said I know that, but I called last week before the special was over to pay, but no one called me back. I then asked to speak to Paige( the person I had signed up with when I first started going there) and the girl said she wasnt in so I asked if she had VM and she said "I am her VM"...Nice! I left a message, but once again havent heard back. Unfortunately, this has become pretty typical for this place. Obviously, they are not interested in my business or providing decent customer service( just want your money) I will be happy to go elsewhere and take the people I have referred including my husband and my clients from work with me.
I was new to the area and wanted to find a primary care Phys. I went to see Dr Wright ,but got the asst. I only went to see her to so could get my current meds refilled and was told by the asst they wouldnt refill the prescriptions I had until I came in a few more times, but after 5 min.she diagnosed me with something else that she gave me a prescription for and told me that I would have to keep coming back to see how I was doing(ie, we want to keep billing your insurance. I went back for a routine physical which should be covered 100% and got a bill from a lab saying that she ordered extra tests...that I wasnt aware of. Wont be going back.
Worst salon I have EVER been to. The owner was so rude I almost walked out. I cant believe this place is still in business. I was charged $50 for a blowdry and all the while the owner is making rude comments about my hair. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place!!
