Miller's Cafe

Houston, TX Restaurants 04/24/08: 'Get Ready to Live!'

By far the greatest burger in town. If you love REAL burgers that leave you full and happy (and ready for a nap) come take on a Miller Killer and see if you can handle it!

Becks Prime

Houston, TX Fast Food/Take Out 04/24/08: 'Good Food Slow Service'

Everytime I eat here I am always suprised how long it takes to get food, but the food is great. Their burgers are a winner and the portions are large.

Christian's Tailgate Bar

Houston, TX Restaurants 04/24/08: 'Karaoke Much?!'

Test out your vocals grab some cold beers and laugh when people try to hit the high notes. Great place to start the night if you planning on hopping around midtown.

Live Sports Bar

Houston, TX Bars & Clubs 04/24/08: 'Good Place to Catch the Game'

But not the best... Live sports bar is a decent spot for a beer to catch the game, but doesn't really have that local bar feel you want in a sports bar. Its trendy flare is awkward...

Cafe Red Onion

Houston, TX Cafes - Houston, TX Restaurants 04/23/08: 'Small Portions and Overpriced'

Good for those who don't have an appetite, the food was expensive for its measley portion sizes. My girlfriend and I had to run to TCBY afterwards because we weren't close to being full.

Miyako

Houston, TX Japanese Restaurants 04/23/08: 'Good spot for sushi lovers who are eating with those that aren't'

Moderately prices and decent portion sizes allows you to leave full but not broke. Sushi is good, but the meals are better in my opinion. Good spot for those of mixed sushi loving groups.

Amazon Grill

Houston, TX Grill Restaurants 04/23/08: 'Bring your checkbook and prepare to be unsatisfied'

Overall a good restaurant, but Portions are small and costly. It's good healthy eats but in my opinion food is slighty weird and the only cool things is the plantains.

Howl at the Moon

Houston, TX Bars & Clubs 04/23/08: 'Fun the First, Second and Third Time!'

Just don't go a fourth... piano players are very good and really get the audience involved, but it loses its lusture after the third or fourth time. Prices are on the higher end.

Sammy's at 2016 Main

Houston, TX Bars & Clubs 04/23/08: 'Where's Sammy?'

Sammy's has lost its flavor, fans and raised its drink prices ever since Sammy left. Absolute shame! It used to be the best place in town to tear up the dance floor.
