Spectrum Club
I went here for a while, and it was a nice club to go in and get out of. Nothing really fancy, but a good place for the basics. Having to pay (even a very small amount) for parking sort of stressed me out, but it was not a big deal.

Louise's Trattoria Inc
This is a nice little place to sit and relax and have a nice Italian meal. It is a chain, but it does not feel that way at all. It has a real family restaurant feeling.

Balloon Celebrations
We ordered a small bouquet of balloons from Balloon Celebrations for my friend's baby shower and they were amazing. I can only imagine what they can do for a large event.

Send In The Clowns
We ordered a clown (dressed as a pumpkin) for my daughter's first birthday party. I was told by friends that they had never seen a one year old have so much fun at their own party. This is because of the quality of the entertainers Leesa (the owner) hires. Big party or small...this company is for you!

This place is amazing. I got a bridesmaids dress here while I was pregnant, and they were so great about it. I loved the dress and the service (even more). The only thing is that we didn't account for my growing bosom...and I rushed the dress so that we could not alter it. (I was a little "smushed".) Not their fault, mine--but just keep it in mind, if you are ordering from them. Give yourself lots of time.

Palos Verdes Bridal-Invitation
I got my designer wedding dress (which I LOVED) here for a very good price...but they really stuck it to you with the alterations. The person I used through their shop was disorganized and missed one of our appointments...then totally overcharged us. It cost over half the price of the dress. If you buy here, I recommend finding another tailor (like Manhattan Express Tailor in Hermosa Beach).

Manhattan Express Tailor
This is the best tailor in the South Bay. I've been going here since they were in Manhattan Beach a while back. Now I take the trip down the road because of their service. They are skilled, efficient, friendly and reasonable. Go a couple times and they will know you by name. #1 in my book.

I got some Crocs here over the summer. I was pregnant and HUGE (including my c'ankles) and needed some comfortable shoes. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is in a great location!

Cop-A-Tan
I don't tan anymore, but when I did I went to cop a tan. The staff was always really nice and the beds were super clean. They offer nice extras like sundries and candies.

Lisa's Bon Appetit
Their Chinese Chicken Salad was a huge hit, even before it was the thing that everyone ordered. I think their secret is the dressing and their crunchies. Yum!
