'Great cardio-kickboxing workout'
Although this Academy also offers karate and tae kwon do for children, Monday through Thursday they also offer a one hour Cardio Kickboxing class that is awesome. Women of all ages and sizes go to workout, lose weight and get healthy. They have different packages and rates, but the 3 month unlimited class package is defenitely the best bang for your buck.

'Great, dog-friendly restaurant'
Thought this restaurant was great...good food, good portions and priced well. Very dog friendly. The breakfast is served until late (I believe 3 pm) so it's great to wake up late and have a nice place to go where dogs are welcome and the food is good. Highly recommend. I especially recommend the pancakes!
