I just love this animal clinic. Dr. Young is my normal vet who I just think is the greatest, but yesterday had Dr. Bender. My female OES
needed her annual shots and also, her ears were infected. I had no idea to what degree and to make matters worse she had just been to the groomer. It appears that the groomer never cleaned out her ears. The fur was all lodged in her ear canal. The dog was shaking her head and very scared. Dr. Bender went into her ear canals (herself) and cleaned out the ears. I was so impressed with the way she interacted with the dog and was very through. I will follow with Dr. Young as she instructed. Thank you so much Dr. Bender.
