Mayflower Seafood Restaurant

I have been to the Mayflower Resturant on Capital Blvd. Raleigh. I was satisfied whenever I dined there. The atmosphere and waiters were good and attendtive to your need--if wanted. Well, when the Mayflower Resturant opened on 401 Fayetteville Rd. Raleigh, I started going to this location because it was closer. At first when I dined at this location, it was good. But lately twice when dining at 401 Mayflower Resturant location, it wasn't like the service I received was terrible. Twice when dining at Mayflower it was either not the service expected. They are never around when you need service. Another surprise is during a meal one person at my table received the wrong order and condiments that went with meal. Then at one point we were brought to many orders. Another time order wasn't served all at once when needed. Also condiments that went with meal didn't arrive with order. I also believe that when I order certain meals, I believe the preparers are leaving out hushpuppies off plates. I have been applauded with these two different times dining at the resturant. There will not be a third bad event at your resturant. I believe the communication be tween waiters and preparers is definitely lacking. The preparers need retraining to fullfill the job description. I'm not sure when or if I'll dine at the Mayflower for now or even bring others to dine there. There has to be changes very soon or business will decrease. Like I mentioned before, the Mayflower on Capital Blvd. was good all around. I hope your resturant can improve or things could not look good for your business. Please improve on preparers and communication between server/ waiters and preparers very , very soon!! Sincerely. Janet
