Thai Kitchen
We threw my brother's a surprise birthday party there. The seating was crowded but the food was so good. I loved the swimming angel's and portion was just perfect. The service was wonderful, we were very loud and the staff was very tolerated of us. My brother opened his presents. We order dessert and their thai tea was so good. Everything was so good, very satisfied with the experience.
Fuji Sushi Japanese Restaurant
We decided to try some place new for my brithday and made reservation for 10 in one of the room. We waited what seem forever for our food. It was good when it came thirty minute later. The room was hot we did not think that it would be an issue. The service was questionable. It was not a good experience next year we will go back to my favorite place that is not Fuji for my birthday. But it was good that we try it out. Maybe with less people it would be better but I don't see why they did not serve us better for a bigger part. The place was busy that night.
Aaron's Bicycle Repair
Aarons Bicycle Repair is always so helpful with all my biking needs. I bought two bikes from them 10 years ago and kept coming back for all my biking need. This is a business that "know" about bikes. They would pump your tires for free! When they did not have the product I needed in stock they got on their computer and referred me to where I could go. They only sale quality item and I was always happy with their product, prices are pretty high but their stuff last! Very helpful staff!
Hole In The Wall Barbecue
Walking down hill away from 3rd ave, I remembered that there was the barbarque place I heard about on the radio. I went into the very small resturant and order the shredded pork sandwich to go! I had a friendly chat with the man behind the counter and mentioned that I heard about the resturant on the radio. He was thrilled that I stopped by. The sandwich was so good with the right amount of sauce and the pork was so tender. The service was quick and price was very reasonable. There are so many resturants to choose from in that area, you won't go wrong with old fashion barbarque!
Spud Fish & Chips Alki Rstrnt
A bit pricey but good quality food is what you get. Great place to enjoy the beach. The tartar sauce is so good! It was very busy when I went but the food came up quickly and the staff was not faze with a long line behind me. The fries were so good. There were some mix up when the food came up but it got sorted out quickly and handle professionally. Great job under pressure of the friday night rush. Plenty of seating upstair too.
7 Salon
I was very impressive with the service I received at 7 in downtown seattle. I greeted with a nice silk robe to change into, the group of stylish dressed hair designer (all dressed in black and white) stood around discussing my hair color. Labeling my hair as a level 4 then the lead stylist pronounce that I was actually a level 5 hair color and then suggested that I go lighter and even out my highlights from my previous coloring. I got a free lattes and a piece of dark chocolate. Jayne was a my colorist and she was so friendily and patient. It took over two hours to color my hair and she lost count of how many foil she put in my hair. The salon was very spacious and hip.
Funky Jane's
I like funky jane because the service is friendly. I called to find out when I could sell and the clerk explain to me very clearly. I brought my item in and only one item did not sell and it was donated to charity. I like the idea that I could earn some money back on my clothes when I get tired of my clothes. I then turn around buy different style. I think the store does a good thing by keeping it "green"
Geno's Coffee Shop & Bakery
I swung by the bakery on my way to work and pick up a half dozen scones, along with some turnovers and muffins. The lady behind the counter was helpful and friendly. It was like a coffee shop with a bakery, there were some tables to hang out if you choose. The scones were wonderful and the turnover were delicious. I highly recommend the bakery for their quick services and great treats. The prices was reasonable. I had a good experience.
