Presidential Drain Cleaning

I've been dealing with these idiots for weeks! I rented a house whose owner has a home warranty. My drain clogged within 4 weeks of moving in. It was a slow drain affecting the toilet, shower, and sink in the bathroom. Obviously it was a problem with the main line and it needed to be rooted. The plumber who showed up said that it was just some hair, cleaned it out and it worked. The only problem was it only worked for about 3 days and then it was the same problem again. Clearly nothing was ever fixed, it was a quick fix and not a real solution to the problem. I have been now calling them back for about 2 weeks with no answer. I got a hold of someone initially and they said they were going to fill out a work order and call me back. They never did and when I asked them why they never returned any of my voice mails, they said that they never received any when I had been leaving them one to three a day. I don't know what else to do but file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
