Venice Farmers Market
I don't like so much the location but otherwise the quality of the veggies is excellent (broccoli, lettuce, potatoes). Also most of the fruits the farmers sell are sweet and tasty (we tried strawberries, peaches, grapes). Our kids love the samples...

If you look for exceptional toys go to Toms Toys. They are a little bit more expensive (Beverly Hills) than the usual toy stores but they have a wide range of great stuff. However, when I went there 2 weeks ago the shop assistant could have been friendlier as well as more helpful in giving recommendations about their products.
