Greulichs Automotive
Greulich's are the biggest den of thieves and liars in the Phoenix area. Like a fool, I trusted their $550 estimate for a repair and let them do it. They also told me that my brake pads were 95% shot and that my entire brake system is basically shot ... they told me they could fix me up for $600. I said NO to the brake job, but let them do the $550 repair job. They said my radiator coolant looked extremely bad and I should get the car back in to them for a complete flush ASAP, since it would be getting really hot very soon.
I took my car elsewhere for a tranny fluid flush, power steering fluid flush and the radiator flush. The mechanics there refused to flush my radiator because it still looked like it did when the car came off the showroom floor. I asked them if they could pull my wheels and take a look at my brakes ... my brake pads are maybe 40%-50% worn. My rotors are fine and my entire brake system looks great ... they showed me and I could see that all is well. While I was at it, I asked them about the $550 repair. They were shocked and said that repair can be done anywhere for under $200. PS: The repair shop that I was at for the fluid flushes is EXTREMELY reputable.
STAY AWAY from Greulich's unless you like giving your money away.
STAY AWAY from Greulich's unless you like being lied to and scammed.
