THIS IS FOR MY WIFE!!! my wife currently went there on the recommendation of her friends and when she went there for her consultation she was very impressed with their professionalism but when she went to get her hair colored she was 10 min before the appointment where she had to wait in line for to 16 year olds to JUST talk to the hostess, where she yelled over them with attitude to my wife "can i help you?" where my wife promptly told her she had an appointment and then gets ignored while she apologizes to the little kids that she was only talking to... my wife then finally gets escorted to her hair color chair where she sat and was offered red wine, 15 min later the lady comes back and tells her she doesnt have any... she then gets shuffled to another waiting room for 30min and a completely random person brings her to a differnt room and begins to color her hair the wrong color... when taken from that room to the original room she gets another different stylist while the original colorer just watches, then a black lady comes in and rudely ask the stylist if she has had her hands massaged when my wife didnt exist. i plead to you woman of austin texas please dont go to this place its not worth the money.
