I recently had a bad experience at The Wayne Pet Place -- my dog had been diagnosed with cancer and I would pick up supplies at this store. I have in the last 11 months spent well over $400.00 --when it came time to put my precious pet to sleep I had some items that needed to be returned. Packages were unopened and I had proof of purchase through my Amex card. The person behind the counter notified the owner which whom I have met before and they will only give a store credit. I explained I no longer have any pets in my home and wanted the credit applied to my card. I rude salesperson who works there in which I was not even speaking with told me that "They just about had enough of me" Well my friend you definitely have not seen the last of me -- try hiring some compassionate people to work at your store -- and revise your return policy. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years -- if I had spoken to a customer with such disrespect I would have been fired!
