Runway Salon

first off, my appointment was at 2:30 they made me wait around until 3:00. Then they took me to wash my hair, the girl that was washing my hair left me with shampoo in my hair while she talked to a co worker about for 10min. Then I finally I sat down and waited for Nino to do my hair. He came over and asked me really unprofessional questions like, "do you have a boyfriend, when was the last time you were on a date, why did you break up?" Without even asking what my name was. He only spent 5 min cutting my hair then he had someone else blow dry it straight. The girl blow drying my hair got my hair caught in the blow dryer twice! She did a horrible job! My head still hurts from where she pulled my hair out. Nino didn't even layer my hair, even though I had told him several times. I've been to many hair salons all over the world and I have never been more disappointed. He even counted the tip right in front of me! I never wrote a review good or bad on anything but I feel like I should let people know that they are wasting their money if they go to this salon.
