I have had only good experiences with this business and my feelings are why go any other place, EVER! I have shopped around for Bikes for years having 3 boys and 1 girl, and always, I mean every time I made a purchase I was always treated BEST and given my best Price for the Product I was looking for at Santiam Bicycle here in Salem. I know them by first names and they know mine. They have made a customized way of marketing the customer and who wouldn't want their Customer Service customized to meet their situation. These guys know what they are doing! Exceptional Customer Service!!
